Vito Nesta is an Italian multidisciplinary designer. He is really multidisciplinar, because he is a designer, an art director, an interior decorator and an artisan. His most famous collection, “The Grand Tour” is a journey of searching and drawing beauties. Cairo, Lebanon and Kenya are Nesta’s stops.
Nesta draws his paintings on plates in his collection. On his Cairo plates, Egyptian women with their jewellery and hairstyles are portrayed with thoughtful looks.
Lebanon plates are a combination of nature and architecture. There are great contrasts of colour on Lebanon plates, and the decorative patterns are against dark backgrounds.
Kenya plates are a journey of smell and colour. People can smell and feel Kenyan land and their warrior character through his plates.
