Hue is about color and its corresponding name. Value is about tint and shade, how light or dark color is and Chroma is about the intensity, saturation of the color. 

Colors can be perceived differently by different cultures.

Colors have corresponding meanings: 

Yellow: Optimism, clarity, warmth

Orange: Friendly, cheerful, confidence

Red: Excitement, youthful, bold

Purple: Creative, imaginitive, wise

Blue: Trust, dependable, strength

Green: Peaceful, growth, health

Grey: Balance, neutral, calm
