UNESCO Cities of Design

Turkish conceptual artist Zeren Badar combines photography, painting and collage to create 3D artworks using found objects, food and cheap painting reproductions in his “Accident” series. The artist is invoking the spirit of dadaism and neo-dada, turning pre-existing artworks into Duchampian ready-mades.

Badar’s works have been exhibited internationally and has been featured in publications worldwide. He currently lives and works in New York City. More of his projects are on his website and Instagram.
